At FYNE Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all non-customized items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewellery in its original FYNE presentation box and packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
